Students' parents usually come to the front desk requesting to sign them out for the rest of the day, but it's a somewhat complicated task.
Data dispersion: not good
From print material, emails, Google documents, to the intranet, reaching out to the correct classroom manager ends up being quite a journey.
Something like a Google search box
I'm talking about providing accurate suggestions as the user types. In this case, the suggested student names would immediately link to the corresponding classroom manager’s name.
The interface blue shades clearly come from the association with ITAPU’s identity

A colloquial name
Most of the time, the school is referred by the name Técnico, short for Instituto Técnico Adrián P. Urquía, so I wanted to retain it as a symbol of user-centeredness.
